We are very optimistic that we will be able to hold our 2020 cross country season. We believe that we can provide a safe and healthy environment for our athletes, however we will continue to monitor and take guidance from the CDC, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, USATF, AAU and our SCYTFC conference Board of Directors to determine our final course of action.

At this time, we are NOT collecting any individual fees until we are certain we will be able to hold meets. For now we will be holding practices only. When our season is solidified we will ask you to pay your individual fees via check or by re-registering online and using a credit card. Our first practice is tentatively scheduled for Monday, July 27th from 6-7:30pm, location TBD. Parents please stay for informational meeting. Athletes please bring water and a towel or yoga mat. Practices are typically held held Mon/Tues/Thurs 6-7:30pm at various local parks and trails. Emails will be sent out each week to update parents regarding practice locations.
Warriors Track & Field and Cross Country is the longest youth running program in the Santa Clarita Valley. Track is a great sport to teach athletes of all levels the best techniques for running, as well as build a foundation of stamina and agility for other sports such as soccer and football. The season runs February through May with meets taking place at COC as well as San Fernando Valley and Ventura County. Athletes learn how to set goals and work hard to achieve personal records, while being part of an amazing track & field community. Fees are $225 for the first athlete and $215 for additional siblings. INCLUDES uniforms, meet fees, awards, and team picture. Athletes from ages 5 to 14 are eligible. (Ages 15-17 are eligible if your child does NOT participate in high school track and field.) There is also a $200 volunteer fee that will be refunded at the end of season if 8 hours are completed. The Warriors are a parent volunteer-run program dedicated to the success of your athlete. Volunteer hours are completed by helping at meets and/or practices. Warriors Track & Field Club is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
